Set up in 2003, ISPM has evolved as a provider of freelance forward-thinking supply chain consultancy and supported businesses global, large and small through successful transitions and delivered value for money.
Drawing on his experience in supply chain and as a business leader, the collaborative approach helps to design and deliver leading-edge bespoke solutions that work for the business and not a one size fits all.
At ISPM we have practical hands-on experience of leading business decision making processes such as IBP and S&OP, delivering project management using Industry Standard Prince 2 processes also short, medium- and long-term interim management to support the leading of technical teams through changes in systems including ERP and Supply Chain planning.
Our experience is predominantly in the life science industries, FMCG and includes both private and public sector.

How it started…

It all started with a passion for delivering successful projects and a recognition that change only comes through people. A belief that there is no such thing a one size fits all – support needs to work with the business.
